2013, not sure of the trim level. I purchased the car in 2018. It has what I believe is the upper-level trim. Power seat for driver and passenger. Automatic climate control, sunroof, etc. I hit a pot hole the other day, my upper display no longer shows anything except vertical and horizontal lines, the screen fades from light grey to black. When I use the turn signal for a right turn, the display changes, but nothing can be seen. No back camera, I don't know how the tire didn't blow. I am thinking the cameras are fine, but the screen/display is broken. Does anyone know if it can be replaced? Or some troubleshooting ideas.

Update 6/28/2024 for anyone interested, I ended up purchasing a used unit and replacing it myself. Some excellent YouTube videos. Took me longer than I would have liked, but with trim removal tools and a Phillips screwdriver and an 8 and 10mm socket you can do this. The biggest PIA was the remove of the two bolt for the lower radio mounting bracket. Well actually reinstalling them is worse. FYI these are the two bolt which also have a Phillips head.
