Default 4-26-2012 Forum Glitch. ONLY 5 yr old threads showing

Going to normal "General Tech Help" subforum and all that shows up, after a couple of 'stickies,' are old threads with most recent comments of 2007 or 2008.

General Tech Help - Honda Accord Forum - Honda Accord Enthusiast Forums

Guess it's a big technical issue, hope you get it fixed - 'tis a good useful forum.

1) this should go under forum problems not General Tech
2) click the LAST POST on the top of the threads and it will resort them for you by newest first

For now, I've been going to the Display Options, then select "Last Post Time", "Descending", "Last Day". Then click Show Threads.

Yes that is one way of getting there. You can also click the headder above "last post" to re-sort, just another way of getting to the same result.

Are any of you also missing the "next" and "prev" thread option at the end of a post? Meaning you get to the end of a post/thread and normally would click next but the "next" is gone? Trying to gather more info so we can understand the issue better.

I contacted the Admin last night about this issue and they are aware.....I'm frustrated just as you are, we are/will be working on the issue as quickly as we can. Thanks for your understanding.

I use the "NEW POSTS" at the title bar of the forum. It shows all the new threads and still works fine for me.

It seems to me that it is now sorting by title alphabetically by default instead of defaulting to descending date order like it always has in the past.

Add this to the address under your favorite/bookmark (after ...general-tech-help-7/):

So I looked at threads from 4-24 (before glitch) vs. 4-26 (glitch) and
the number of views looks like maybe glitch has lost 2/3 of the viewers
of Gen Tech. Bet cuts off new people fully ...

No solution from me, but this from Roader works <THANK YOU> when add/apply to my link in post #1

General Tech Help - Honda Accord Forum - Honda Accord Enthusiast Forums
