86 carb 2.0 -get rid of vac lines?
Heres the scoup. I bout a beater accord to pull the engine out and front end out of for use to power a limo golf cart. sounds crazy i know.
I would like to simplify the engine by removing as much vac lines from the carb as i can. is there any info or diagrams on which ones are needed for just the basics of running? I know i may sacrifice some options they may control but keep in mind the whole front end will be going under the back of golf cart basically so less is more.
Theres about ten miles of lines coming from the box on the passenger firewall. I would even entertain the idea of buying a different cheap carb for the motor if it would simplify things. Not looking to go wild with upgrades. TIA

That is not an easy answer on a 1986 motor. Way back when all you needed was a vacuum line to the PCV and dist. vacuum advance but not so after the addition of the computer. The Honda Tuner guys would be better at answering this. If I had to guess a high Performance aftermarket carb. and dist. would allow you to be free of keeping the vacuum lines but just a guess.
