Default 90 Accord injector problem

I have 1990 Accord LX that has good fuel pressure and good spark. I think the problem is the injectors are not getting a signal to open . Could you please let me know what controlls these or if I am looking in the wrong area? Thanks very new to Honda products . Lee

I don't have a '90, but the traditional way for Honda to do those is like this...

Each injector has one wire that's live all the time (when the engine is on). The OTHER wire goes to the ECU which closes the circuit to ground. In other words, the ECU switches the ground side of the circuit to fire the injector.

What is the problem with the car? Will it not start?

The injectors have a two plug connections. One is always hot and the other is grounded by the ECU to turn on the injector. Pull a connector off an injector, turn the key to the II position, and see if you have 12V at one of the connector and ground with a volt meter. You can also check the resistance across each injector. On my 95, the range should be 1.2-2.5 ohms.

The DIY section has an online manuals section where you can download a pdf of a shop manual for a 90 accord. That will help a lot with the specs.
