Spraying starting fluid into the intake would kind of rule out fuel. Plus you see the injectors spraying fuel.

This has to be a spark or a timing problem.

Did you check that the tip of the rotor is pointing towards the #1 spark plug wire at top dead center?

Are the spark plug wires installed in the correct order (1, 3, 4, 2)?

I did state earlier that I actually removed the valve cover to verify timing so yes that means the distributor also......thank you so much for your help not sure if it should but to the map sensor I have 12v hot on the y/b and the other wire.....least I believe its map the black box under the intake I have a .33v negative no key on then 0v with key on dude I can guarantee this is not timing this is a sensor or ground issue although I have removed and cleaned and tightened all grounds and considering this is the second new distributor I put in because the first one I got had a bad reluctor in it I am losing more hair by the hour lol the iat has 5v key on......snarf!

If its timing its not mechanical timing issue

The reason I asked about the distributor is that it is possible to install it 180 degrees out of time. The key is offset, but I have done this before.

No worries yeah the first one I bought was out but I actually had to remove the pin and physically move the teeth around to fix it being 180 out but honestly I did check to be sure it actually idled for a minute yesterday......so one thing I found weird.....there is a light beep with the key on and whether the tps is hooked up or not the noise stops if I move the throttle just off its stop the beep goes away...
