92 2.0i non starter
I was given a Honda Accord 2.0i saloon to clean up and use. I v'e done all the work needed and it's looking very good. I took the battery off to charge, but now I have replaced it the car refuses to start. It turns over nicely but will not fire up. When I replaced the battery I activated the alarm and possibly an immobiliser. If this is the case, is there a special procedure that I need to do to deactivate the immobiliser (if there is one! ) I didn't have much time to look into the prob. at the time so used a little easy start but there was no sign of the car firing. The engine was running like a dream until I charged the battery! Any help would be most appreciated. TIA

92 accord........sounds like you got a non factory alarm .. you need to get in touch with who gave you the car and see if they have the procedure to disarm the alarm or reset it ..other options , take car to a shop that install alarms, they might have a procedure booklet, and , or know how to do it or totally remove the alarm
