I recently got this car for some money owed to me and the wires from the thermostat are not hooked up. Can someone please help me in the direction that they go? Thank you in advance!

Do you mean the electrical connector to thermoswitch A near thermostat housing below/behind distributor?

Is connector missing, loose wires, no thermoswitch or other? More info needed to help.

good luck

no, coming directly off of the thermostat housing with a connector. The connector has wires just going off to the side. obviously they connect to something, but where?

And i would say yes, the connector on the housing is under the distributor. green connector coming off of housing. ok let me try and take a picture. but there are two yellows a red and a green wire going to a connector, which have another connector with two black wires, a green and a white which are just laying there not connected. Let me know if you need some other kind of info, thnx

ok so it is not the thermostat. it's a housing on the front of the block that looks like a thermostat housing with a sort of sensor connector coming out of it to some other wires. like a t shape. one set coming out of those wires go to another connector that are just loose and connected to nothing. any suggestions?

ok it is the thermo switch housing and the wires go to the o2 sensor on the exhaust. But the weird thing is, there is no o2 sensor anywhere on the header or downpipe or anything. any advice on this? thanks

Sorry, I'm still a bit confused here. There are two wires going to nothing.
GRN/WHT and a BLK...correct? The "housing" they are near is where the Upper Rad hose connects to the engine?
