O2 sensor has 4 wires; Wht (signal), grn/wht (ground), Org/blk (heater) and Yel/blk (heater).
Someone may have installed an exhaust header w/o an O2 sensor fitting. Fitting is under exhaust manifold heat shield I believe.
good luck

two black wires, a green and a white. there is no header cover either and i've looked for an o2 sensor and there is not one anywhere on the exhaust. now i'm pretty sure that this is not the original engine to this car meaning the wires went to the o2 sensor which is located on the header. this header however does not have an o2 sensor on it. i was also told that sometimes the o2 sensors are located elsewhere and maybe it does not need to be connected, but the engine light is on and if it's a problem then it won't pass inspection. also the front drivers side wheel is not centered and looks like it is pushed back a little towards the door. any advice would be helpful, thanks..

A good muffler shop can cut hole and weld an O2 bung to exhaust manifold.
A universal 4-wire O2 sensor would splice to loose wires and you're good to go.
Can't help w/ wheel. Possible frame damage?
good luck

ok. found the o2 sensor which was located by the cat, but on top of the exhaust pointing towards the motor. Added some wire and hooked it back up and the check engine light is gone now. now to find out what is wrong with this wheel.. thanks and i know i was a bit confusing..
