The photo looking into your P.S. reservoir shows the fluid foaming up; it should not look like that. Air is definitely getting into the P.S. system. I had the same problem on my 2004 Odyssey; the problem would come and go. I finally fixed it by replacing the rubber inlet hose. Unfortunately, I first re-built the P.S. pump, then I replaced the pump, neither of which fixed the problem.

 

Changed the all 4 hoses and still see it foaming , but not as much and its not flooding out like it used to do, but i saw little trace of ps fluid that looks like it came out from the cap on the reservoir.

where is the O-ring located?

 

Hmmm ... it appears the 92 PS Pump doesn't have the removable inlet pipe. If it did like the newer vehicles, then you remove the inlet pipe with a single bolt and the O-ring would be around the neck. There's a lot more to your PS system than on my 97.

Agree on the UV dye. Home depot has black light bulbs for $4. I found a P/S fluid leak that had been deceiving me for a long time in about 4 minutes. It was a hose coming off the vehicle speed sensor. Fixed the leak for $5 after finding it. My system was never foaming like that though. Me thinks it is more than a leak .....

 

One possibility is the screen in the reservoir. Down low in the reservoir there's a fine screen, normally submerged in the fluid. If that's plugged with crud, the pump has a hard time sucking fluid from the bottom of the reservoir, and sucks air in from the hose joints instead.

Disconnect the hoses & allow the reservoir to drain (be ready with rags, etc).
Clean up the screen with soap & water.
Let it DRY OUT COMPLETELY. (hairdryer?)
Put it back together & fill it.

 

The problem still exist PS oil still coming out from and leaking from the top of the reservoir even with the cap in place???

any suggestion please on what next to do?

P.S: When i changed the hoes , i drained the reservoir but didn't clean it with water and soap! should i do this first? or change the PS pump ?

If you had it apart, you may have noticed whether that screen was clean or dirty. That's all I was concerned about. If it's already clean, then don't worry.
