92 accord stalls but pumping gas pedal revives
Hello, while driving the engine dies, tach jumps a couple times, and will stall out and quit unless you pump the gas pedal a few times and then it will pick up and sometimes run or you have to repeat and it will backfire.
most of the posts here refer to the ignition switch ( no problems while gigling key or pushing on the wires) or the igniter, it was replaced about 1k miles ago.
it has new plugs, plug wires, cap, roter, coil, igniter, fuel filter replaced 2x?
so was leaning twards the feul presure regulator?

92 honda dieing
OK forgot to mention.. the battery was coroded along with the main ground terminal... I cleaned up both and put in a new battery.... the problem is still there... A friend of mine came over and pointed out the cataletic converter, yea I forgot that one got me about 7 autos ago.. so thats my plan for today,
change out the exaust system..... we ran it just sitting holding your hand over the tail pipe not much psi... it died got it restarted hardly any psi... hope this also fixes the EGR problem its been unhooked to make it quit stumbling at a cruzing speed... i just plug the hose going to it and it runs great with the ck engine light on...
