Default 92 Accord stumbles intermittent

92 Accord - Problem: Startup RPM's @ 2000 then drops to 1500 & begins to stumble like she is missing on one of the cylinders when cold. After warm she will idle fine. On takeoff she stumbles between 2000 and 3000 (regardless of gear). Also interesting when stopping idle will run at 1500 for a few seconds and then drop down the the normal 1000....I am stuck-

History: Distributor ate itself & some dummy put too much oil in her- Replaced: Cover gasket, tube gaskets, sucked the oil out of the plug tubes, new distributor, cap, rotor, wires, plugs. Cab cleaner direct into manifold, ran direct port fuel cleaner and additive in tank.
Codes: 09 (distributor) 43 (only happened during injector clean- kind of expected) Cleared and no codes since-

Ideas...?

Was the coolant changed? Did this idle problem start happening after the work you listed was done to the car?

No coolant change. She ran like *poop* before the distributor ate its cap button and as part of the replacement I figured why not do all the spark. Pulled the plug on cyl 1 and found the oil (new and burned). Checked and it was about a quart over...

Trying to figure out if this is IAC or FIAC or ERG ports need work or maybe something i am not thinking of (which is why i posted to other folks in hopes they have seen the same)- ERG ports were "supposedly" done not too long ago but I don't see any marks on top-

I would try taking the throttlebody off and Idle Air Control valve and give them a good cleaning.

Default Update

Took off IAC & FIAC modules and gave them a good cleaning with carb cleaner. Sprayed some in the TB and scrubbed. Seem to have got rid of the extremely high idle on startup.

Issues now: Struggles on startup like she is missing until she gets warm then she seems to be ok. One thing to note is when stopping she holds a 1500 idle for a few seconds after stopping. (These two problems did exist previously).

I am a little stuck as to if this is:

Electric- The ignition coil (thing the distributor plugs into?)

Fuel - Is a new fuel filter in order??? (I listened to the injectors with a screwdriver and they seem to be working ...of coarse I need to do a full test and unplug one at a time to see if there is a change)

Or perhaps timing-???
