Do you know how to align the timing marks?
There is a site called ericthecarguy, and he has a video for sale covering the 90-02 timing belt replacement for ~$10. It is a very good and detailed video that should help you out. It is under the fix it section and is worth the money IMO.

I actually bought it lol!!! He just does the timing the right way, unlike me. His stays in time the whole time, I knocked mine out. And the cam needs to point up and align with head, and the crank has the little rubber piece that comes out. it needs to align with the little guy on the fly wheel? then I can put the belt on?

There are some other timing marks so you can line up the crankshaft.
There is a rubber plug where the transmission meets the engine near the front motor mount. There is a notch on one of the cogs of the flywheel to get to TDC. Also, there should be an up arrow on the sprocket that holds the timing belt and a mark on the engine block. You should be able to align the two marks on the camshaft to the top of the cylinder head.

Ok...its newbie hour Just finished the car. Started right up. I was excited until I got out and listened. It sounds ok, a little louder maybe? But the issue is when I took it for a drive it bogs down and quits accelerating if you get into it at all. It starts up and takes off better than it ever has. Is it out of time? and if so please tell me there is an easier way lol Thanks for your your help guys

Why thank you! I was up until 4 am. Little crap is annoying like getting the timing belt pully spring on etc...
I did try as best as I could to align everything.
I don't have a timing light, but is there a way to adjust it without one?

The timing light will only verify if your timing is set right. You can do some fine tuning of the adjustment with the distributor.
If you are off by one tooth, then a timing light can not help you to fix the problem.
The easiest way to check the timing marks is to get #1 to TDC on the crankshaft. That mark on the flywheel (or flex plate) will indicate that the crank is at TDC. See pic below.
Then remove the valve cover and the upper timing belt cover and see if the two notches on the cam are lined up with top of the plastic piece that is between the cam gear and the cylinder head.
