94-97 5th Gen Accord Clutch Issue
Hey all - I'm at a complete loss, so I turn to your collective knowledge to help me figure out what the hell is going on.
Details:
96 Honda Accord LX 160K miles. Clutch was originally leaking fluid on a slow but steady level, and I decided it was time to go ahead and replace the Master and Slave cylinders before the problem got out of hand. This after noticing the leak at the firewall. Replaced both myself, bled, and couldn't achieve any pedal pressure once so ever. Tow'd to local Pepboys, diagnosed, and was sent on my ways not to long after with the ability to change gears, but no pedal at all. Took back, and eventually had them replace the Master and Slave - since I couldn't figure out what the hell was wrong myself. Leak continued. Took back to them 3 times, and couldn't locate a leak anywhere. Obviously closed external system, and they kept telling me there wasn't a leak - even though the fluid would completely empty after 3 days. Originally, when refilled, everything continued to work fine. After the first install - I bled and pumped the pedal roughly 400 times with no pressure ever returning. As well as spot cleaning with break fluid to find leaks, looking for obvious ground leaks, there has apparently been no obvious solution or results.
There ASE Tech keeps telling me there is no leak, but the fluid keeps leaving. I just think they're trying to pass the buck now, and I'm at a complete loss.
Ideas?

You need to locate the leak. You have a closed system, so fluid has to be leaking from somewhere. Clean up the areas under the cluch pedal, master cylinder, slave cylinder (under the boot), and the hoses. Put some clean paper towels underneath all of those items. Push the clutch a bunch of times and try to locate the leak.
