94 accord did stock swap clicks when battery hook up

Any ideas drivin me crazy fuses are good checked grounds

Test the clutch safety switch.

Disconnect 2-pin connector from clutch safety switch. Check for continuity between switch terminals. Ensure continuity exists when the clutch pedal is depressed. Continuity should not exist when clutch pedal is released. If readings are not as specified, replace clutch safety switch.

The clicking you were hearing may be the starter cut relay clicking.

Also does the ground on the negative battery cable bolt to the starter. Not the power for starter

No, only the positive lead from battery bolts to starter. Ground path is supplied through primary engine ground connection and starter connection to engine.

Ok so where does the ground go from the negative cable I kno one goes to tranny and there's another one idk where it gors

The gound from the battery is one cable.....it bolts to the body just below the battery tray and then to the trans.

Got any pics of the battery and cables?
