Default 94 Accord loses idle and dies

I just bought a 94 accord EX with 200k on it. Runs pretty great, got it for cheap because the front end is smashed and needs some fixing. It has run perfect for me today until I pulled it out of the garage to do some work on it. Started up, idled high, then low like normal. I was checking each gear and as I was going through the gears it just died. Each gear seems to work fine. When I started it back up it didnt want to idle in Park or really any other gear. I feathered it for a bit and then it seemed to do fine again. I know the Vtec solenoid is leaking, but other than that I think everything is good on the car. Damage from the wreck does not appear to have made it into the engine bay, just a wrinkly core support that I have to deal with. I dunno if this was just a fluke or there is another issue I should be prepared to deal with.

Check out the normal stuff like distributor & plug wires. Normal tune-up stuff needs to be done???

Then check out this post.
