94 Honda Accord Fuel Pump Replacement

Hey, did you get your fuel pump changed? My 94 accord seems to be having the same problem as yours, & I have had several people tell me to check for spark, & if there is spark then it must be the fuel pump. If there's no spark, then its a coil. But my car does the sputtering thing too, and we smell gas a lot like its flooded. Was it hard to get changed? & about how much did your fuel pump cost you? I know I'm a little behind on this haha but I was searching my problem & found your messages.

Since you smell fuel, check this...
The fuel-pressure regulator has a vacuum hose - pull that off & check for liquid fuel in that line. If so, the regulator is broken. That can cause a very fuel-rich mixture.
