I purchased a double DIN system Kenwood DPX505BT from Crutchfield, nothing special just something more modern, bluetooth phone, usb ,Aux, and single port CD player

The mounting kit is absolute garbage, flimsy plastic and no usable mounting brackets. After 2 days of this, that and the other thing the flimsy project is a mess. Crutchfield says the trash mounting system is the only thing they have,"it should work"--- it doesn't.

What did you put in your car and what mounting kit works? If needed I will go with a single DIN
