Default 96 Accord Manual Driver Seat

Not too long ago, I noticed that my driver's seat liked to lean back and not stay forward. My roommate looked at it (I am dumb with cars and trying to learn) and it turns out that the left track attached to the seat broke. To clarify, not the track that stays stationary on the floor, but the part attached to the bottom of the seat.

What specific part do I need to solve this issue? Video linked below (it was hard to bend down there, sorry!)

Looks like the top part of the track split from where it attaches to the seat. I can't tell if those 2 metal pieces were welded, or if a bolt was holding it.

The lease expensive way is to pull the seat and reattach that metal. A bolt may work, or take it somewhere that will weld it back together. The other option is to get a seat track assembly from a junkyard and swap them.

You can always look up Original Honda parts at hondapartsnow.com to see the available parts for your car. I can't tell if any of the bolts for the front seat are at the spot of the break in your video.
