Default 96 accord starting issue

I have a 96 accord 5 speed 2.2l (made a post a few days ago, that problem is resolved), I have run into a problem with it not wanting to start. I have been working on the car the past few months, and am starting on wrapping it up.
I started working on it because my steering rack went out, so I had to replace that. I replaced some other stuff with it since it’s a high mile car they needed it anyway. I replaced all suspension components, cv axles, air compressor, exhaust from header through cat, and in process of removing steering rack (which I converted to manual steering), had to remove my intake to reach into there to remove pressure lines from rack.
I have started it up by jumping it, and I can let it run for 30-60 minutes and it runs fine, but the second I turn it off, it will not start back up. I was making this post to see if there’s a chance anyone would have an idea why that would be, whether it could be something near the intake that could be drawing too much, or something else I might have missed. Any ideas are appreciated

Side note: my speedometer also randomly drops to 0 and then goes back up to my current speed. I don’t think it’s that important, but noting that in case it is.

TIA

When you try to restart the car, does the starter spin the engine? Or is the problem that the engine will not run on its own (the point where you normally release the key)?

It doesn’t spin the starter, I was gonna go get a multimeter and check battery and see if that’s the issue (if it’s just not holding a charge)

Final update: replaced the battery with the cheapest Walmart battery I could fine, and it started right up on its own. Finally got the car finished after 2.5 months
