i have changed thermastat ,thermastat sensor,gauge sensor checked fuses relays on fans my Q is temp gauge and driver side fan r they on same? when i changed thermatat didint put new gasket on it leakedafter 10 min of driveing i noticed it and temp gauge moved then put barley every thing is on now right im stuck any help would be very greatful thanks

 

Here are some test and troubleshooting procedures, first off though turn on the a/c and see if it comes on, if it does then we know the fan is good, if it doesn't then test for power to the fan.

cant get temp gauge to work also pass fan comes on with ac on and withoutcant get driver side fan to come on trying to fix r theses promblems connect or seperate any suggestions thanks

 

separate problems.

replace the temp sending unit if you temp needle doesn't move ever.


driver side fan inop can be a few things. first confirm the motor itself runs. disconnect it and apply battery positive to the blue wire and ground to the black wire. if it runs, we need to start testing.

if the horn works the ground is most likely ok.it can be abad fuse(check fuse 21(20amp fuse) in the underhood fuse box), bad radiator fan relay, bad radiator fan control module, wiring.....

let us know what happens.

updtate guage working fine car running hot pass fan comes on when i turn car off and when i turn ac on driver side not at all i unpluged fan jumped black and blue wiresdriver side fan came onim going to run a toggle switchfor nowive checked fuses and relays there good so were do i go from here thanks for all info very greatful
