If you intend to DIY, download the 94-97 Accord manual from Online Manuals links in DIY forum. This has wire colors, pressure switch location diagram, etc.

good luck

How do i know that the cause is the A/C pressure switch? or A/C button on the dash? Also if it is, how do i get to the switch from the dash and what should i look for to see if switch is the broken?

To figure out what is wrong, you will need a volt meter and will have to do some testing. You will have to know how to test for voltage on a wire and how to check that a wire is grounded.
