Default 97 accord Sun visor lights don't work.

I bought some sun visors from the junk yard today because the old visors were disgusting and the bulbs were out anyways. I replaced my old ones with the new ones and these don't light up either. I don't think there is a separate fuse just for the visors... everything else electrical works. Any ideas to shed some 'light'?

The vanity mirrors' power comes through the same under-hood fuse number 32 (15A) as other small lights that turn on when the headlight switch is turned on (headlight or parking).

At the visor connector, with a voltmeter check for power at the red/blk wire with voltmeter's black lead touching body ground.
