'99 Accord coupe fog lights not working
I installed the factory fog light kit on my Accord (http://handa-accessories.com/accord/accordfoglights2D.pdf) and now I'm experiencing 3 problems:
1. The lights won't come on
2. The LED on the light switch remains lit green no matter what, even with the switch off and the keys out of the ignition
3. The interior relay buzzes. It only buzzes when the fog light switch is ON and the headlights are OFF
I double-checked all the connections. None of the ground wires are loose around the ground bolts. Checked all the fuses in the whole car.
Any ideas? Is the relay bad or did I mess something up? I should mention I installed the interior harness first, THEN the fog lights, when the instructions say to do the exterior first.

Looking at the wiring diagram, the security system will not matter for the initial tests. Just grab a volt meter.
I would unplug the relay that is bolted by the battery. There are 4 wires to the relay. Touch the black lead to a valve cover bolt for ground.
The blk and the blu/red wire should have ~zero resistance (continuity) to ground. The white wire should have 12V to ground at all times. With the key in the II position (engine doesn't need to be turned on), the orange wire should have 0V to ground with the fog light switch off. 12V with the fog light switch turned on.
Let us know what you find.

Something new I've noticed:
With the interior wire harness, if I disconnect the brown 1-pin connector, the fog light switch appears to function normally. The LED comes on only when the switch is ON and headlights are ON. If I turn on the high beams, the LED goes OFF. Also, the relay never buzzes. However, the fog lights do not work.
On second look it looks like the brown connector is part of the keyless entry wire harness, not a stock factory harness as the instructions mention.
