99 Accord EX-V6 coupe issue
Hi there,
I am new to the site and looking forward to posting here! I recently purchased a 99 Accord EX-V6 coupe and am loving it, however I'm having an occasional issue with it:
Once in awhile if I shut off the car and within a few minutes attempt to re-start it again, it will crank but will not start. If I take out the key and leave it for 30-60 seconds it will start once I retry it again. I've read through a lot of the posts and researched on the internet, however my case is somewhat different than most of them, especially since I don't live in a hot climate. Each of the times have been in cool temperatures around 32-50F/0-10C.
I'm assuming that it could be the main relay. The battery is new and the car was inspected at the honda dealership before I bought it (it was a private sale though) and they did not find anything wrong with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as to what it most likely is and how much it would approximately cost to repair it.
Thanks!

When no start occurs, check whether you hear the main fuel relay clicks (2) when you turn keyswitch to ON, and fuel pump in fuel tank should come on and run for 2-3 secs, then turn off. If you hear nothing, the problem is keyswitch or main fuel relay. If you hear the relay clicks, and no fuel pump, the fuel pump is likely the problem, although more diagnostics are indicated to confirm fuel pump before replacing.
