'99 Accord LX..A/C Console doesnt work, can't figure it out!!

I fixed the problem by adding a wire to the heater control module circuit to bypass one capacitor, because the input voltage of one regulator is too low.

Well if you ever got bored try this........right from the service manual.....but I guess it is wrong . Glad you got it.

EDIT: Section 21, page 4 of the service manual....or did I spend $22 at automanualsource for nothing?
