Default 99 honda accord dies then starts

My daughter has a 99 Accord, Eng. f23a1, automatic that runs great but dies at least once a day. It starts right up. Ive read many forums and checked every website i could. The bad key switch kept popping up so I checked Hondas website and the keyswitch has been replaced. Ive read the new switch could be bad too but it passes all the checks like shaking the key plus the inst. panel test i read on this sight. The car has been to the garage twice where all plugs, plugwires, dist. cap, and too many other items were changed(probably didnt need to). The mechanic could not find any problem. Their is no code from autozone, dont know what else to try. Please help, she wants to trade this one in already(had about 6 months) Thank you in advance

Start the car and shake the key when the engine is running. If the car stalls out, then replace the electrical portion of the ignition switch.
