ABS & SRS codes
I jumped the blue connector under the glove compartment and received the following:
I have the following ABS light flashes:
Long =1
Short = 4, 8, 1
I have the following SRS light:
Long =8
Short =5
What do these codes signify?

I would download the 94 shop manual from the spooner link posted in the online manuals thread in the DIY section.
For the ABS, the first long blink is a bulb check and not a code.
The next code is a 4-8 which is a problem with the driver's side rear wheel sensor. A code 1 is an ABS pump over-run. Diagnose both of these. Don't blindly replace.
4-8 - there is a resistance test. Check loose sensor at the wheel. Dirty, corroded, or lose electrical connection?
Code 1 - check the brake fluid level in ABS reservoir.
The SRS code 8-5 is a failure of the SRS control unit. The only fix in the shop manual is to replace the unit.
