Default Accord 02 EX V6 with electrical drain

car has an aftermarket radio. New battery about 1 month ago after the old one died after 2 weeks of not driving and the cold weather. Checked out no issue. Alternator no issue Over the past month - car randomly had alarm horn going off at night. I ended up stop locking the car and that resolved. 1 week ago battery died when car was off however both front side headlights and back tail lights were on. I checked nothing was turn on inside the car. Ended up pulling one of the big headlight fuse under the hood and that resolved. Now the car battery died every 2 days if not driving. Dealership confirmed a parasitic drain of 0.11A and they located it to fuse 13. They asked for another hour charge but I refused. I brought the car over to a stereo shop. They unplugged the radio and confirmed it was not the stereo. Also checked the clock, driver door plugs no issue. Unplugging the harness with yellow wire over the passenger side seemed to drop the drain as well but I'm not sure what exactly is causing the issue.
Also is it safe to just unplug the fuse 13 and drive daily? I short commuted to work, and don’t really care about the alarm or lock system.
Any advice is appreciated.

It depends on which fuse #13 you are talking about. Your accord has a fuse box in the engine bay, the drivers dash, and passenger dash.

Which fuse box is it located? What is the amp rating on the fuse and the description in the diagram on the fuse box cover?
