Default Accord 2005 V6 clutch sticks to floor

I have the 2005 V6 Accord and the clutch sticks to the floor, and it's getting worse, fast. Basically, when I press the clutch to the floor, it stays. It doesn't grab to the floor quick, goes down normal, but stays. I don't have to push hard, it's not spongy, but just goes down, and no noise is made. Clutch fluid is normal. 2 yrs ago this happened (clutch sticking to floor), but over time it got worse, and I had the master and slave cylinder bleed, didn't solve the issue then I had the master cylinder replaced, didn't solve the prob, then had the clutch replaced, and it worked fine since then. The mechanic who replaced the clutch said the clutch was shot. Now, I brought the car to Honda, different mechanic, and they are saying it is the clutch pedal assembly.
Any thoughts, suggestions to help solve this prob?
Thank you for your time.

I remember reading the bracket for the clutch pedal could have a hairline crack and cause problems. This was for an accord or maybe an Acura TSX (basically the same car). You may have to search the web for that information.0

Check that you have enough fluid in the clutch master cylinder reservoir. Have an assistant push in the clutch pedal and watch the slave cylinder. The piston should push on the transmission clutch fork. The cylinder should retract when you release the pedal.

When the pedal sticks to the floor, does the car remain in neutral even if a gear is selected?
