Sorry guys for the late reply, was planning to clean the whole throttle body during the weekend but the weather was not that nice to do it
I did the idle learning but the car still the same, no changes
Redbull, i think i have
the rotary air control valve as i can see 2 small water hoses going there and no cover like the 2007 photo you posted

Finally i cleaned the throttle body, replaced air filter and injectors as well
the RPM stopped going down that much but still the vibration is there and i found that i have the one with cover as the 2007 photo posted by Redbull
any idea what can i do more, do i have to do the idle learning again?

I guess after cleaning out the TB & IACV; I'd repeat the idle-learning process.

i did the learning process but all still the same
any idea how to reset the ECM away from using the HDS as Honda mentioned
i think disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes is not resetting the ECM

I don't know how to reset it without HDS. I only know that beginning in 2003 they used non-volatile memory so you can't reset by pulling the battery cables.

I had some good luck changing the kind of gas i was using. Honda recommends top tier gas only for there cars, and what i was using (BP) is not a top tier. I switched to shell gas and put in a bottle of techron and it worked great, now even with the AC on, its quiet with no vibration. Cant say this will work for everyone, but i needed somewhere to start given that the stealership told me my mounts were all fine.

actually we dont have BP or Shell here, its all local companies
i got my EGR cleaned and did a reset with the HDS and unfortunately all the same
did a check for vacuum leak also and all are ok
i will try to find a good HDS to buy for my self and will compare all sensors values with the service manual maybe i can get any difference some where
