So I have Accord 1.6 non cvcc europe model. When engine is warm, and choke is off, when sitting on red lights and engine is on idle, lets say 20 seconds. Then when pushing accelerator, engine hesitates. If I let clutch go at that time, engine can stall.

No problems on other rmp range, only when idling with no choke. Could it be remedied by adjusting idle mixture? And does anyone know where in the carb is the idle mixture?
