I forgot to mention, I havent done the timing on my car.
Would this cause it? It drove fine before without the timing being done, but then again it idled at 2k. I dont know if that made a difference.

Your signature... Where are you? In 1998 USA Accords have 2.3 liter engines. UK/Europe Accords (Swindon) are a whole different car.

Still, most of what's been said should apply anyway.

What about mismatch between engine & ECM? I don't know that I can help there, but there's people around here that know which ECM will work better or worse with different engines.

I just came home from a 20 minute test drive after I :

Removed throttle body to

>Take off TPS and put it back on since I did mess with throttle stop screw.

and

>Rewired the plug wires to the distributor.

Usually it would start bogging within 5 minutes but it didnt bog at all right now after I did those 2 things. Maybe it will start again later? Hopefully not.

But Im guessing I may have had the wires wrong because they look plugged in different than how I had them when it would bog.

This was fixed by replacing the throttle body, I had replaced the TPS throttle position sensor with a BLOX one from ebay, cost me about $20. It went bad after 3 months so I had to get a whole throttle body with an oem TPS. This fixed the bogging issue. It WAS NOT the fuel filter.
