Accord pulls left

Accord pulls left
My daughter has an 06 Accord (as I do - my wife has an 09). In Feb she hit a "block of ice" with right front tire and put a big hole in the sidewall. We bought new Michelins for the front. After installing, car pulled left, not really noticeable at surface street speeds but irritating at highway speeds. It does this on both sides of highway (i.e. either side of crown of road), no different either accelerating or cruise. No increase in pulling on braking. Have not checked it while cruising and in neutral.
Alligned car at Military Auto Shop where I do all the work. Watched technician do all the allignment work, everything checked good. Afterwards, it still pulled and steering wheel is cocked to left on the straight. He said it was probably a bad strut.
Last week I was doing more work on her car (swapped front tires left to right and right to left -- to keep good new tires on front) and also took it to Honda for another allignment. Their print out showed it was not out of allignement but they adjusted anyways. Details below. Afterwards - same situation. Pulls left on highway, steering wheel cocked left.
Brakes are good, no uneven wear.
Allignment specs for most recent allignment:
Left front
Camber - after 0.18, prior 0.21 (spec -0.75 to 0.75)
Caster - after 3.24, prior 3.24 (spec 2.50 to 4.00)
Toe - after -0.01, prior 0.02 (spec -0.08 to 0.08)
Right Front
Camber - after -0.25, prior -0.28 (spec -0.75 to 0.75)
Caster - after 3.15, prior 3.15 (spec 2.50 to 4.00)
Toe - after -0.01, prior 0.05 (spec -0.08 to 0.08)
Cross Camber - after 0.43, prior 0.49 (spec -0.75 to 0.75)
Cross Caster - after 0.09, prior 0.09 (spec not listed)
Total Toe - after -0.08, prior 0.07 (spec -0.16 to 0.16)
Left Rear
Camber - after -1.40, prior -1.36 (spec -1.50 to -0.50)
Toe - after -0.05, prior 0.00 spec (0.00 to 0.16)
Right Rear
Camber - after -1.04, prior -1.04 (spec -1.50 to -0.50)
Toe - after 0.14, prior 0.27 (0.00 to 0.16)
Cross Camber - aftern -0.37, prior -0.32 (spec not listed)
Total Toe - after 0.18, prior 0.28 (spec 0.00 to 0.33
Thrust Angle - after -0.05, prior -0.16 (spec not listed)
Thoughts anyone?
Can stut be the problem? Other issues? Could worn tires on rear be problem? They were swapped side to side this past week, no difference. Will be installing new Michelins to match front soon.
Thanks in advance, I apprecaite your help.

06-068
May 2, 2009
Applies To:
ALL
*Vehicle Pulls or Drifts, and/or Steering Wheel Is Off-Center
(Supersedes 06-068, Vehicle Pulling or Drifting, dated October 4, 2007, to revise the information marked by asterisks)
(Replaces 90-011, Steering Wheel Off-Center Adjustment at PDI)*
there is a bulletin on this .........by the way did you try to rotate frt to rear and test drive it .......Also if rear tire are worn enough that you might consider replacing them soon , they should not have aligned the car till you got some good tires all the way around ,,
I have never seen a bad strut cause a pull,,( unless it is ready to fall off its mounting) if strut is bent then camber would be out of specs ,, since all the readings are in specs it is unlikely that there is a bent component ..
what happens if you hold the steering wheel straight while driving... does it still pull ?? or if you turn it slightly to the right ?

We will be getting new tires very soon and will put them on the front and the almost new tires on the front - put them on the back. I'll see what that does.
If the steering wheel is held straight, the car goes to the right and there is pressure on the wheel to want to go left. Its like having to hold it in a constant turn, if let go, the steering wheel wants to go to its 'neutral' position which is 5 - 10 degrees left.

doitmyself - Has your problem been resolved??
I'm wondering if this is just an inherent characteristic with these cars. I just bought a 2011 EX-V6. I have less than 400 miles on the car and I notice it pulls to the left on the freeway. That is what prompted to look at this forum today. It appears there are a lot of threads about this topic! Based on other threads I have read, I am led to believe that the issue is caused by the tires (assuming the car has been maintained and hasn't been damaged, etc.)

Honda Accord Still pulls....
It may be....... The dealer alligned it at least 3 times, (re-allignments all at no charge) each time saying they did it correctly taking into account the service bulletin, but never specifically saying they did the procedures in the service bulletin. Each time they said they test drove it and it was fine, yet when I drove it on the highway at highway speeds, it was back! They finally said, that there must be something broken and if I wanted to I could start having them replace stuff to try and fix it. It was better than when first brought in but it still does not drive like my 09 Honda which does not pull. We elected to live with it.
I must say they tried hard and did not charge me for all the re-allignments but it seems that they really don't understand how it all works and what they are really doing since it still pulls. Oh well.......
