Accord surges around 40 mph ??

Default Accord surges around 40 mph ??
My 2005 Accord Hybrid, 45,000 mile surges slightly at approximately 40 mph. The engine will accelerate and then decelerate, but only at a constant speed around 40 mph; otherwise, the car runs fine. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
