All the warning lights except CEL
2017 Accord EXL HYBRID 100k. All the warnings on my dash are on except the CEL. No codes.
all the other posts point to a battery. So I replaced it. Fully Charged it. Tests 14.4v. Let it sit overnight with no battery connection. Then again for an hour with the disconnected terminals +/- connected to maybe drain capacitors. I cleaned the terminals and the main ground. I pulled every fuse in the engine compartment visually checked. No luck.
Before I tow it to the dealer can someone suggest fuses, grounds, etc? Is there a reset beside disconnected battery? The interior fuse box is a bit of a nightmare to pull all these. I think it’s just confused.
note to all just replace the darn battery at life span. First post…

I don't think you'd need a scanner to do a reset just from changing out the battery. Since this is a hybrid, I'm guessing you changed the regular battery and not the hybrid battery?
What is happening when you try to start the car? Is your car a push button start or a normal key to start?

It is worth a shot to try and drive a short distance, like around the block. If you go into reduced power mode, your PCM should set a code. That might give you some direction on what is wrong with the car.
A quick way to check the fuses is to use a volt meter or a test light to run through the fuses. Search YouTube on How to Test Fuses in a Car [Beginner's Guide].

This is really annoying. I drove it for about five mins and this time, the “reduced power” didn’t happen.
It did with the old battery. There’s no CEL and no code. It was a good idea tho. Thanks.
as for fuses, that box under the steering column is dense full. There must be 100 fuses to pull and test. I’ll check the owner’s manual.
the car works but no lane keeping, ABS, collision mitigation, tire warning whatnot.

Go on youtube and search how to quickly check car fuses beginner's guide. There is a much quicker way to test fuses without have to pull them with a test light or volt meter. You could run through all 100 in <10 minutes.

That will tell you if a fuse is blown.
You can set the meter to 20V DC scale, touch the black meter lead to a good ground, then touch fuse post one at a time with the positive volt meter lead. If you get 12V on each side, the fuse is not blown and you know that the fuse is also receiving power. A blown fuse will show 12V on one side and 0V on the other. A fuse not getting power will show 0V on both sides.
The voltage reading method can tell you if a fuse is good, blown, or something upstream is not providing any power.

I’m going to share an update on this but no one will like it. recall that this 2017 has every feature warning EXCEPT CEL.
first, I learned how to check fuses without pulling all of them out.
here are the steps
replaced battery. Charged it. It was overdue anyway
Let it sit overnight without any battery connection.
connected the positive and negative EMPTY cables, supposedly to empty capacitors
let It sit some more, came to this forum and another. Googled the heck out of it.
Took a five minute drive
aside from that, The car hasn’t gone anywhere in two weeks now .
Two days later, tried to start. Same warnings
started Checking every fuse - engine first. If you find two dead ones, turn on the headlights.
under dash. All 1000 of them. There’s five totally dead 10A with no V in or out, so I suspect they’re for …dunno. Have no idea. Can’t find a diagram fast.
I didn’t do anything else.
I tried to start. Same error.
Found nirvana or prayed or swore or just questioned the universe for a moment
suddenly it started working.

When it started working, did the fuses that were missing power now have power?
Usually, the fuse box lid has a diagram with some labels and the owner's manual might have a diagram for the fuses. Posting which fuses do not have power may help narrow down the issue.
