Another VSS Problem
Okay Buying this 91 Accord 2 dr 4cyl 2.2Lt i knew i had a few issues with it Mainly the VSS needed to be replaced
It's in "Limp Mode" Meaning you can drive it but you have to shift it yourself and Yes it's an Automatic. I just recently Changed the VSS and because of the cold weather here the battery died so im assuming that reset the ECU and i was hoping to see that annoying lil Green S that stayed on go away... but to no avail... I am wondering what went wrong its brand new its bolted down and when i drive it doesn't shift at all it stays in one gear and the rpms just climb i got to 60 mph and the rpms are hitting 4000 and i know thats wayy too high i don't know how to check ECU codes on this honda but im sure with a lil guidance i could figure it out because i had a 91 integra so it couldn't be much more difficult so please help me figure this out

It probably isn't a problem with the VSS. Jump the blue service connector to get the transmission trouble code.
It may turn out to be the Transmission Control Unit (TCU). Sometimes the resistors and capacitors get damaged. The TCU is a relatively common problem with the 4th gen Accords. Refer to link:

The S light turning on means the transmission computer detected a problem. See the instructions in the DIY section on How to get CEL code. The procedure is identical, except that you count the S light flashes for the transmission code. You can also count the check engine light flashes (the light will stay on solid if no codes are present on the ECU).
Once you get the code(s), post them. Tell us the code and where it came from (check engine or S light).
