Best Honda Accord breaking pads
#12
I don't race, but I sometimes enjoy pushing my car to high speeds and I want good brake pads for that matter. But again, that is not really a must. If superior stopping power is going to wear out my rotors faster then I rather go with brake pads that are less powerful.

I see you also own a 2003 Honda Accord Ex. Could you tell me what OEM pads models are you using?

Just the regular pads that came with the car from the factory. I order most of my maintenance items from online Honda dealerships. The prices are much cheaper than the local dealership, and I will usually order enough items (filters, fluids, wiper inserts, etc.) to last a couple years, so the shipping costs are minimal per part.

Going on memory - that is code for don't trust me, research - there is an upgrade on the hardware to help keep the pads off the rotor when you are not braking....and something about being sure the slide pins were installed in the proper place...there is a difference from top to bottom and some were switched at the factory.
