brake rotor problems

Default brake rotor problems

I am trying to replace my brake rotors and those two pesky philips skrews on the rotor i cannot get out for the life of me and i am stripping them out. What is the best way to get those impossible skrews out?

^^^ he nailed it. Impact driver may be the only way other than drilling. I had the same problem if it makes you feel any better.

I bought mine from AutoZone and picked up some band aids also while I was there... [sm=bounceybounce.gif]Works fine as can be..Price was right and the part has a lifetime warranty...

thats what i ended up using! never knew such a tool existed, that thing was a life saver! took me all day to do the one rotor and 20 min to do the other haha!

Curious, a "band aid" is some type of tool for removing a damaged screw?
