Brakes
I went on vacation for a week and my car was sitting outside the whole time. It rained a little while i was gone. When i got back and went to move my car it made a noise like my brake was stuck and it was detaching. After that everything was ok until i got home tonight and my back right brake was smoking and smelt like it was burning. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this? Please help!

was it hotter then the other side? Touch further away from the brakes to determine if something is amiss, i.e are the lug nuts hotter on one side then the other. If something is stuck it probably will be significantly hotter on one side. Also it could be scale built up on the drums, Ive had to take my drums off and hit them with a dremal to knock of scale that basically rubbing when the wheel rotated so you heard a annoying grinding noise at low speeds. But this would not cause excess heat.

With the parking brake released, and front wheels chocked for safety, Jack up the right rear, remove the wheel and turn the axel/rotor or drum by hand. It should rotate freely with no drag...If not, then you have a stuck brake cylinder (drum brakes) or a seized/stuck piston in the brake caliper (disc brakes). Your parking brake function is also a concern here, it may not be fully released at the rotor/drum. Not sure what model/year Accord you have, so please advise...

Depends on exactly what's stuck.
Clean & re-grease the caliper slide pins if they're the problem.
Might need to lubricate the ends of the pads backing plates where they fit (too tightly?) into the caliper bracket.
If the handbrake mechanism inside the caliper is sticking, you might need to replace the caliper.
If the handbrake cable is corroded & stuck, replace that.
etc...
