hi habeel, i have an automatic transmission, will that give me the same problem?
Dude...you don't have a clutch. Best thing to do is get it diagnosed we could probably tell you what is by smell in person, but we're not there. So take it to someone who knows the smells or can diagnose the problem, dealer, shop, etc.

do you still sense the smell coming from vents? how often?

what if you open the hood when it smells can you smell it even harsher? also try to sit near passenger wheel and then drivers wheel is there a difference in the smell?

we'll start from there ,

not that often, i have not notice it for a few days now. i tried openning the hood as soon as smelled it but i can't seem to find it. also when it happen i'll open the door and see if i can smell it from outside , nothing.

i will try to redo how i did it before and see if i can get it again.

hi guys, i think my problem got resolved. it was my head gasket leaking. i took it to my mechanic, he didn't find where the burning smell is coming from , but he found oil leaks from my head gasket. he change it that last week and no more smell ever since. (well, hope that's it.)

i want to thank everybody in this forum for all your help.
