Default Buying 2003 Accord EX-L Advise Needed

Hi guys i found a pretty nice 2003 EX-L accord 4dr automatic Fully loaded. Grey on Black
Sorry i dont have pictures.

The GOOD:
Timing belt and breaks replaced last month
Newer Tires
No scratches inside looks mint

The BAD:
The LED backlight for the radio is burnt out.
It has 187000km on it all highway
The bottom of the front bumper is dented in from hitting a tree stump, its the area under the licence plate.
Could this have damaged the radiator or condenser?

The asking price is $9300CND
Should i buy this car i intend to have the front bumper fixed immediately.

Well, you can see the AC condenser directly through the lower opening in the bumper. So you can inspect it for damage, or have a mechanic inspect it.

LED backlight is an easy fix. honda should take care of that through goodwill. known problem.

however, i would use it as an issue to knock the price of the car down. would cost about 800$ us to fix, so if the seller doesnt know this...

then you need to try harder. call Honda of Canada. Go to another dealer. Many people on here have had this issue, and had it taken care of by Honda. What have you tried with them thus far?

Even better, just upgrade the unit, and (like smaglik said) use that flaw as a negotiation tool.
Oh, and check the thing for oil leaks for godssakes.
