A/C and Heater Controls

A/C and Heater Controls
Hello,
Yesterday my 2003 Honda Accord EX-L, 4 Cylinder started having these problems:
None of the A/C, Heater, Rear Defroster buttons light up or work. (Radio still works and lights up)
Nothing blows out of the vents.
Heated Seats don't work.
Rear Defroster doesn't work.
Temperature gauge on front dash doesn't give temperature, it just reads ---. (I can still see the odometer reading and miles in current trip so lights are working)
I checked the fuses and none of them are blown.
Has anyone seen this type of issue before?
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I do have the owner's manual and it only lists 2 fuse boxes. One under the hood and one on the drivers side by the hood release. I know the heated seats have a seperate fuse then the Rear Defroster and the Fan is on a seprate one also so I was thinking it wasn't a fuse issue. But I did check them and none of them are blown.
I had the battery replaced last winter and no other major repairs have been done to it. I had a sensor go bad 2 or 3 years ago and that's about it. I do have a non-factory remote start in it which was installed over 3 years ago but that is working as well. Do you think this could still be a battery issue? I do have 150,000 miles on it but mostly they are highway miles for work.
Thanks

It sounds like the HVAC panel is bad on your car.
