Caliper bolts

Caliper bolts
Just replaced the rotors, brake pads, calipers, and caliper bolts on my 97 Accord.
When removing the old calipers, the bolts are a little different. One bolt is a little longer with a taper on the end and the other is just straight threads and slightly shorter.
The problem is one side of the car had the longer bolt with the taper in the top of the caliper, and the other side had the short bolt in the top of the caliper.
I am thinkingsomewhere a long the line thecaliper boltsmust have not been put in correctly on both sides. I want to make sure both sides are installed right. Does it matter which bolt goes where, and if so does the longer bolt go in the top or bottom caliper bolt hole.
Thanks for your help.

RE: Caliper bolts
There are two different caliper bolts.
The one with the taper goes in the top hole (it should also have a little rubber sleeve towards the bottom of it). The bolt that has the flat end goes in the bottom.
