I know it's just a difference in viscosity, that the 20 has the lower viscosity, and I also know it's Spring and getting pretty warm, but I paid $40 for a 5 quart jug of full synthetic and I threw the receipt away. Lol.

Okay, so I'm noticing that a very slight amount of oil is leaking from the oil plug. I can't get it to completely stop. I tightened the plug as much as I could with my 3/8" ratchet, but it still does it (just not AS much). To give you an idea of how much it leaks, it takes hours for two little drops to come out.
What could cause this?

I didn't change the washer. Maybe I should do that.

I'll go home tonight and lay something under the oil pan and see if it's still leaking. If so, I'll order a new washer or drain plug, whichever. I can't remember if the washer comes off of this one or not, but a new drain plug with washer is only $5.

You can buy just the washer at a parts store. Check an online parts store website, to see what they have. I know some places have plastic or gasket material washers, so I would ask for the OEM style, which I think is soft aluminum. Don't try to screw the drain bolt in too tight, or you could strip the threads in the pan.
