In regards to flush and fill-----I think the only way you can drain the converter is if it has a drain plug or at least American trannies are that way. If I am wrong about Honda then please let me know.

Would this be the same for a 2002 V6 Auto?
Yes

Is it also true there is no filter?
If the transmission has ever been replaced under warranty, or with a Honda reman tranny, it may have an external filter installed.

Does anyone know if Wix makes an inline filter to install in the line that goes to the radiator cooler? Might be a good way to filter out the wear particles of the bands, clutches, etc.

Honda torque converters dont have drain plugs. Hondas reccomended procedure for flushing is to: Drain and refill the fluid, run through the gears a couple times, and repeat 3 times. They dont reccomend power flushing.

you can easily install an outside filter if you like,,,,,,,,,Honda reman trannies come with an external filter .....

Very easy to hook 1 up...... cut the return cooler line and istall the filter in the lines , make sure to have the flow of fluid going the proper way
