Is this a coupe or sedan, also 4 or 6 cylinders?

Do you have a repair manual for you car? If not invest $20 into one, it will not only give you step by step instructions on how to do this but will be of great value for anything else you would like to do yourself

Rear deck and side "seat" things need to be removed.

There is no need to remove the seat. You will fold down the seats and remove the rear bulkhead cover, which is just the piece near the front of the rear shelf. You do not remove the entire rear shelf.

These are the instructions for the V6 coupe Honda sports suspension. Since you are doing the rear, the instructions for the rear strut/damper removal is pretty much the same as the for a 4 cylinder (coupe or sedan). These instructions are a little more concise than how the service manual shows it.
