Technically, this is like discussing apples vs. oranges.
The Civic and Accord are in two totally different classes.
The Civic is a Compact and the Accord is a Full Size.
You can't compare the Accord to a Corolla nor can you compare a Civic to an Altima
**applause**

A used Civic is one of the best cars to buy as far as price vs. value.
What about a used Accord?

Concerning Luxury, Look at the standard and available options for each EX vehicle.

I thought the Acura was luxury.

Since when did Honda's become a luxury vehicle?

Never said they were luxury vehicles, we were discussing the luxuries of a Civic vs. Accord. Nowadays you'll find just about everything an Acura has in an EX Honda.

Tough, yes. Muscle car, no, not even close. The Coupe is starting to look a lot like a Lexus and stepping farther away from the "family" image the Accord has carried forever.

The muscle car can only be recreated with a muscle car, although newer Mustangs and Camaros are bring back some of the heritage in their styling.

Accord is more luxury? Like what? You can add stuff to the civic. I don't have any luxury in my 2005 Accord. How much more MPG does Civic give then Accord?

What about maintenence costs?

IN TERMS OF LUXURY, IT MEANS LEG ROOM, SPACE, COMFORT OF DRIVE, GO DRIVE A CIVIC, THEN DRIVE AN ACCORD OF THE SAME YEAR, YOU CAN DEFINATLY TELL A DIFFERENCE, EVEN LOOK AT THE DASH, THE WAY THE SEATS ARE MADE, DEFFINATLY ALOT CHEAPER LOOKING IN A CIVIC COMPARED TO AN ACCORD! OPEN YOUR EYES LOOK AT THE LITTLE THINGS NOT JUST WHATS ON PAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
