Clock Spring question

Clock Spring question
I have a '91 Accord wagon. The SRS light is on and neither the horn nor cruise control work. I'm thinking clock spring. Any diagnostic comments or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Bill

Check the DIY section for a manual you can download. Never had a 4th gen so I don't have that manual, and when getting near the SRS...I'd want the exact procedure before getting a face full of air bag.

new situation
I removed the air bag unit and discovered that it was not connected. Besides setting off the light would this cause the horn and cruise not to work? Might it go off if I connect it and then connect the battery? Any reason someone would disconnect it. It looks like it was done on purpose. Any help appreciated. Thanks

This is where the manual comes in. I would only plug it back in using the precedure in the manual....
Why is it unplugged???? Someone forget, trying to "fix" something else?
Don't think this is related to the horn and cruise. But it might correct the SRS light.

The horn & cruise go through the clockspring too, so that still points to a problem there. Maybe it's unplugged because the clockspring is bad & previous owner didn't want a faceful of airbag. You'll want to check that out.

Thanks
Thanks to everyone who helped with my problem. It turned out that the cable was broken in two places. Installed new one and horn works, light goes off and the cruise (?).... well I'll work on that next.
Thanks again, Bill
