Clutch release bearing replacement

RE: Clutch release bearing replacement
You'll have to disassamble parts of the front suspension, the shift cables, a few electrical connectors as well as remove the battery and the intake piping. The axles will come out, and you'll need to support the engine with a piece of wood and a jack and then you can remove the transmission.
I would get a repair manual to help. But it's not a very hard process, just make sure you have good jack stands, jacks, etc and you may need some air tools to get the axle nuts off. You could do it in a weekend easily. And if you have a friend to help with the harder parts, you'll be in business.

I've done a few tranny pulls myself too... never on your particular year of car but like everyone else said I'd suggest getting a manual or just go to http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/Accord/ and download a manual for yourself (FREE!!!) The axle nuts that everyone keeps refering to are a huge pain in the rear so if you don't have power tools you're going to need a very large breaker bar, a ton of WD-40 and a lot of patience and help.... if you can rent power tools for the weekend I'd do it in a heartbeat... it will save you hours (literally) on a job of this size... I also found a crow bar to be a great help on tranny jobs...
