Default Code P1399 At First, Then P0309. Help?

So I'm running with a 2001 Honda Accord. As soon as 2015 started, I started having car problems. The first issue was it felt like it was running hard and the Check Engine light had come on. Ran a diagnostic on it and got code P1399. Got the car into the shop and they replaced the ignition coil. It seemed fine until about a week later when it happened again when the Check Engine light came on but this time the TCS light came on, too. Ran a diagnostic again and got Code P0309. Took it back to the same shop and they said that coil was bad and replaced it again. All was well (mostly) until tonight when the battery light came on, the brake light came on, all four door lights (on dash) came on, along with the break lamp light.

I noticed that the Check Engine light and the TCS light are both orange and then when the battery light and the brake light came on and the door lights and whatnot, all those are red lights. Not sure if that plays a part in this but just something I noticed.

So if anyone has any ideas on what could be going on then that'd be great, before I take it to the shop again.

I'd start with checking the battery and battery connections - both ends of both cables. A weak battery or bad connection will cause all kinds of strange things.

I don't see a P0309 listed, re-check the codes.

Yes, re-check the codes, as P0309 would mean the car has at least nine cylinders.
